Monthly checklist
- Featured listings → open on IPRE and mark Active / Pending / Sold (replace any non-active)
- Communities → confirm tiers / address / notes; mark Verified when confirmed (goes live without redeploy)
- CMA → build listing-price analysis, save, and PDF for sellers
- Refresh market data on the Relocation desk before client sends
- Open due signups → preview → Send via Resend (or Outlook)
- Export leads Excel as a backup after big send days
- Confirm Netlify form submissions if you use the homepage contact form

How to verify (works with IPRE bot wall)
- Click Open on IPRE (or Open all on IPRE)
- Complete any human check on IPRE if asked, then read the listing status
- Back here, mark Active, Pending, Sold / closed, or Not found
- Anything other than Active is flagged to replace
How to replace a listing
- Pick an active luxury listing on your IPRE site
- Click Edit / Replace on the card
- Paste the IPRE link; fill address, price, and listing agent
- Check This is my listing only when you are the listing agent
- Save changes — homepage updates after a refresh (no redeploy)
